Red rock crab aka the Pacific Pearl of the Northwest is a barnacle crushing crawler of the estuary and bay. With sweeter meat than the Dungeness Crab, it often flies under the radar in favor of its larger relative. With it's black tipped pincers & brilliant red coloring, it's a magnificent crustacean. Our version is truly a homage to it's beautiful life in the mighty Pacific.
